Students Union “Touch of Class” Day

On Friday, February 11 Students Union held their first “Touch of Class” Day. Staff and students dressed in semi-formal wear to celebrate the day. The main hallway decorations included a water fountain, balloons and streamers in a Valentines theme. In the morning, students were greeted at various entrances to the school and presented with carnations by staff and Students Union members. During lunch hour, Shep. Musicians entertained in the cafeteria and at the main entrance to the school while S.U. served hors-d’oeuvres. The day culminated with a Dance complete with a Red Carpet at the entrance. The amazing band “Aura” featuring our own Mr. Smith and ex Shep. Teacher Mr. Baril was a huge hit with students and staff. The crowd was small in numbers but big in participation as practically every student in attendance danced non-stop the entire time. The Administration and supervisors were very impressed with the behavior of all in attendance and thank the students for their cooperation.
